Your Dream Home

No one knows your personality or aspirations better than you! At DLD Building London we work along side you to create your ideal way of living based simply on what you want. We can design and build exactly what you want from scratch. Our plans are flexible and can be customised exactly how you want them to suit your needs and section you are building on. At this stage it is important to establish your total project budget so you know how much you have to spend and avoid any disappointment throughout this exciting journey.

Personal Consultation

The first meeting with our team, we discuss your wish-list and design for your new home. This ideally includes an on site meeting, where we assess the site, and point out aspects of a build that you may not be aware of. We will also discuss the different types of construction suitable for your site, and what the cost implications for some of your design wishes may be. Right from this early stage, we will keep an understanding of your budget to really help keep your design and build on track. This is why working with our team that has up to date knowledge of build costs etc, gives you a greater chance of achieving your build.

Enjoy Your New Home

Once every “T” is crossed and “I” dotted, the building can start! This is the exciting part. You will be kept update to date at each stage of the building progress, including site visits at the important stages of your build. Your build will be documented throughout the stages and kept in our online system that gives you access and allows you to keep track of all your documents during the build. Construction is complete and final payment is made, your DLD Building London team will now present you with the keys to your home, you just have to move in and enjoy living the dream in your new home!
